I can’t express how relieved I am to be free from my timeshare mortgage. Resort Help handled everything professionally and treated me with respect the entire time. Let me start by saying from the first consultation, they were transparent, knowledgeable, and very kind. My representative let me know that they do business the old fashion way and that's why I chose Resort Help. I was given a 12 to 18 month timeframe and I was out in 14 months. I'm happy it's over now.

I contacted Resort Help because I didn't want to leave the timeshare to my kids. It's a nice timeshare but I couldn't afford it any longer and the resort didn't offer a deed back program. Resort Help negotiated with them on my behalf and was able to convince them to release me from the contract. The timeshare developer sent me a letter of release.

I owned a lot of points at Wyndham and upgraded several times. I got in way over my head. The maintenance fees were astronomical. I discussed and entertained the idea of doing a timeshare exit with Resort Help. I wanted to try selling first because we invested so much money in upgrades and wanted to recoup some of it back. Resort Help's resale program got it sold. I didn't recoup all of my investment but it was a decent chunk of money and I'm more than happy. Thank you, thank you!!!!!!!

I contacted Resort Help on behalf of my mom. She kept upgrading and fell behind on her annual dues. She owed them thousands. Resort Help has an advocate program for owners like my mom and was able to get my mom out of the contract and she didn't even have to pay her back dues owed. That was an amazing job by Resort Help.
Resort Help will issue a full refund if we are unsuccessful in canceling your timeshare contract or mortgage.
